This whole thing just kinda happened when the local CEO crew decided to sell their pre-loved freeze-dryer, and I'd never even tasted freeze dried sweets before! After a little digging and craving a new hobby, I jumped in, got that Cottage Food Operation Certificate and aced the Certified Food Protection Manager Exam, and voila!
Joining forces with my partner in crime, Big Mama Squirrel (the freeze dryer pictured above), I'm elated to revamp popular candies into larger, crispier, superior versions AND provide delicious shelf-stable choices of various fruits, no pesky fruit flies or bruises to worry about anymore!
