Refund policy

We have a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund.  Since this is a food item returns are not accepted, and exchanges only in the instance of incorrect product being sent.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception and take a photo and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges, except in the instance of the wrong item being accidentally shipped, an error on our part.  In this case, a photo of the wrong item must be provided.  Once approved, the correct product will be shipped immediate and we will provide a return shipping label to be sent to 360 E Radio Tower Ln, Noble, IL  62868.  Please take care not to damage the incorrect product.

Refunds

In the case of damaged products or poor quality, I want to make your experience the best possible and will quickly send a replacement, but if you elect to receive a refund, I will let you know if the request for a refund was approved or not, photo proof and honest feedback will be necessary. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact me at jfrohni2@gmail.com.
